So, I’m back from my jollies. I always hate coming home and getting back to reality, but i’m getting there slowly! Before I went I was delighted to be contacted by Simply Be asking if I would like to share my plus size holiday styling tips with you all and I was delighted to be able to choose two items to take to Malta with me!

With the items I chose, I decided to share both a daytime and an evening look to wear whilst on holiday with you guys! so here goes!

Daytime Look!

I don’t know about you, but when I’m on holiday and I’m not spending my day lounging around the pool reading I like to wear something light and comformtable. This Pom Pom Dress £39.00, is perfect for wearing when it’s hot outside because it’s made from a really light and airy material! While you are on holiday it’s perfect for walking around the resort when doing a spot of gift shopping or for a day when you’re out on an excursion discovering all that your destination has to offer!

My favourite thing about this dress is the pom pom and ruffle detailing with the cold shoulder style. They add something extra to the dress making it stand out from the usual plain holiday styles I see when away! I chose to accessorise with a pretty flower crown to add a splash of colour to the outfit. I wore my gladiator style sandals for comfort and I think they worked really well. I’m wearing a size 20 here, which provided plenty of room for manouveur, the dress itself is really floaty and a decent length for me to wear without leggins.

Evening Look!

For my evening look, I went for this Closet Wrap Dress, £52.00. I love the colour and it really stands out in the sunny weather while you are on holiday! When I’m either heading out for some cocktails or a nice meal on an evening, I still like to dress up and this dress is perfect for that. It’s a gorgeous wrap style made from a lightweight material to make sure you stay nice and cool!

The skirt on this dress is to die for, it’s a really floaty full style that is perfect if you’re a girly girl like me. It even has pockets and I love a dress with pockets! Besides the colour, my favourite thing about this dress is that it’s so easy to wear, you could really dress it up or down depending on the occassion. I love that it has short sleeves aswell, it provides a little bit of cover when it may be cold on an evening. As I was on holiday I decided to team mine with a nice pair of wedge sandals, these ones are from Primark and go really well with the outfit. I’m wearing a size 20 here, and it was a generous fit. I feel like I could have probobly sized down to an 18 as it is slightly baggy around the shoulders.

I loved Malta and would love to go back, for now though, back to work tommorow 🙁
